Smugglers is a first-floor apartment in the courtyard at Helford Passage. The property has benefitted from major refurbishment over the last year and now boasts a contemporary navy blue and copper themed kitchen, plus a specially designed and hand-built bench seat to fit the dining table. Maps, oars and other nautical accents add to the seaside theme. There's a living and dining area, three bedrooms, the stunning new kitchen and a bathroom with walk-in shower cubicle. The space Accommodation Patio door to open plan living room. Seating area with sofa and Smart TV. Dining area with extending dining table, chairs and bench seating. Compact kitchen with cooker, microwave, fridge with ice box, dishwasher and washing machine. Bedroom 1 with 4ft 6in double bed, hanging rail and chest of drawers. Bedroom 2 with two 3ft single beds and chest of drawers. Bedroom 3 with bunk beds suitable only for children. Family bathroom with shower cubicle, hand basin, heated towel rail, and WC. Outside Walkway balcony to apartment with benches and foldaway tables. Beach and river front 50 yards away. Parking Designated parking space for 1 car. Further parking is available in the non-residents' car park, just a stroll up the hill, at a charge of £2 per day. Unfortunately, EV charging is not available at Smugglers. Other things to note Included: Linen, towels, (guests are asked to provide their own beach towels) electricity, night storage heating, Wi-fi. Regret no pets, and No Smoking. Internet and Telephone: Wi-fi is decent. There is no landline at the property. Mobile reception varies. Short Breaks may be available. Please contact the West Cornwall office. Small Party Discounts may be available at certain times of the year, for 1-3 guests. Local Facilities: Beach 50 yards. Outdoor heated swimming pool on site (open beginning of May 'til end of Sept). Pubs: Ferry Boat Inn in Helford passage and Shipwrights Arms in Helford. Local shop selling basics in Mawnan Smith, plus the Red Lion pub and Awna Cafe, 2 miles. Falmouth with all facilities, 6 miles.
