Countryside house annex with sauna

The space Stay in a charming and soulful 18th-century wing, beautifully set in the peaceful countryside of Enhörna—just 40 minutes from Stockholm. Wake up to views of open meadows and grazing fallow deer. Light a fire in one of the house’s two wood-burning stoves—one in the cozy living room and a beautiful soapstone stove in the entrance hall. After a walk in the forest, unwind in the traditional wood-fired sauna, which is of course free to use during your stay. The house is 150 sqm and sleeps up to 7 guests. It features three bedrooms: one on the ground floor with a double bed, and two upstairs—both with double beds, with one also offering a 120 cm bed and sweeping views over the fields. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. Outside, you’ll find a few friendly hens—and you’re welcome to collect fresh eggs from the coop each morning. There are also toys for children to play with during their stay. A grocery store, Thai restaurant, and pizzeria are just 5 minutes away by car. This rural gem is perfect for couples or families seeking peace, nature, and a touch of magic—within easy reach of the city. Guest access Guests are warmly welcome to use the space in front of and behind the wing during their stay. However, we kindly ask that you avoid the area directly behind the main house. You’re more than welcome to take a walk up the road into the forest or stroll down into the meadows in front of the house – perfect for a peaceful morning walk or some quiet time in nature. Other things to note Dogs are very welcome, but they are not allowed on the beds or sofas. Please treat the house as if it were your own—with care and respect—so that both you and future guests can enjoy a lovely stay.
