In a green setting, located in the heart of the Conie Valley, the Gîtes Val'Conie welcomes you with its 2 houses L'Epicerie (15 people), and the Annex (4 people), for a capacity of 19 beds, with swimming pool and many activities to discover on site: games barn with American billiards, ping pong table, foosball, darts, piano. Outside: large terrace, pool area, petanque court, badminton, football, walk... plot of more than 3000 m2 fully enclosed. The space Located in the heart of the Conie Valley, the Gîtes Val'Conie consist of 2 houses, "L'Épicerie" and "L'Annexe", which are located on the same private land of more than 3000 m2. Accommodating up to 19 people, "L'Épicerie" and "L'Annexe" invite you to an unforgettable getaway in the south of Eure-et-Loir, where authenticity meets modern comfort. GITE L'EPICERIE (15 people) On the ground floor you will find: A kitchen equipped to meet the needs of cooks with its large fridge (with freezer part), ceramic hob, dishwasher, traditional oven, microwave, filter coffee maker, Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and plenty of dishes. A comfortable living room to relax, equipped with a TV connected to Wi-Fi, Bluetooth speaker and pellet stove (in winter and off-season), board games. A living room, overlooking the terrace, which has a large table and a small complementary table (ideal for children). A bedroom with a 140 x 200 bed. A bathroom (with walk-in shower) with toilet offering optimal comfort on the ground floor. A separate restroom. Upstairs, you will find a variety of sleeping arrangements: four bedrooms, including one bedroom with a 160 x 200 bed and a 90 x 190 bed, one bedroom with two 90 x 200 beds, one bedroom with a 160 x 200 bed and a 70 x 160 child bed (maximum child 7-8 years old), as well as a dormitory with 6 90 x 190 beds, offering a sleeping space suitable for all. Two bathrooms with shower and a separate toilet complete the floor to ensure the comfort of all occupants. All rooms in the EPICERIE have air conditioning. Note that the house has small steps in various rooms on the ground floor. L'ANNEXE GITE (4 people) On the ground floor you will find: A welcoming living space where the open kitchen is equipped. It integrates perfectly with the dining room to share friendly meals. The living room, comfortable and well arranged, is equipped with a pellet stove, ideal for creating a cozy atmosphere. The living room invites you to relax, whether it's to read a good book, watch a movie, or simply enjoy the moment. Separate toilets are accessible on the ground floor. A small summer veranda, offering 180° views of the outside, is furnished with a snack plan and its high chairs; ideal for a coffee break, a lunch break or even a family game break! Upstairs, accessible by a charming miller's staircase, you will find two bedrooms. The first bedroom has a double bed (160 cm), while the second bedroom has two single beds (90 cm). Note that the bathroom with shower is adjacent to the bedroom with double beds. The upstairs toilets are separate for optimal comfort. Both houses have a washing machine. ******* SWIMMING POOL AREA: dive into the swimming pool (8 x 4 m), heated (from May to October) with its removable cover for refreshing moments. Many deckchairs are available. The pool is accessible from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. to allow its daily maintenance by the owners. GAMES AREA: come and play in the beautiful stone barn, which has been transformed into a games room: American billiards, ping pong table, foosball, darts, piano and other surprises! OUTDOOR AREA: walk in a large private and enclosed plot of more than 3000 m2 with petanque court (8 x 4 m), possibility to play badminton, soccer, enjoy a relaxation area with garden furniture...
