Newly built fresh cottage close to the city center - all to yourselves! Tucked in our garden with free on-site parking, it’s just a short walk to the city center, university, parks, and shops. Though central, it’s peaceful and perfect for relaxing after exploring or working. You'll have full privacy, but we’re nearby if you need anything. Bedding, towels, basic toiletaries and a fully equipped kitchen are included for a comfortable and convenient stay. The space This 30 m² cottage is centrally located in Gävle, within walking distance of the uni, shops, parks, the city center, and public transport. Free on-site parking is available. Nestled in our backyard, the cottage offers privacy and quiet, though on sunny days, you might spot us outside with our two young kids. You're warmly welcome to relax in the garden or borrow our grill! Open-Plan Living The cottage features a bright, modern layout with a combined kitchen, dining, and living area. Sleeping Arrangements: The living room has a two 90cmx180 cm single beds. They can be placed together to make a queen size bed. Comfortably sleeps two. Upstairs in the open sleeping loft are two 80 cm floor mattresses. Can be placed together or separately. Bedding is included free of cost- just let us know how many are staying! Spacious bathroom on the ground floor with towels, soap, shampoo & conditioner, hair dryer. Fully equipped kitchen for simple meals—let us know if you need anything extra Please note: The loft is open (no doors), with a low ceiling not suitable for standing. It's accessed by a steep but sturdy staircase and is best for sleeping or lounging. May not suit very young children or elderly guests. Baby cot (resesäng) available free of charge Laundry service: 250 SEK / €20 per load (no washer in cottage). Breakfast can be arranged for 250 SEK / €20 per person/ morning if you let us know in advance. 🚭 No smoking, parties, or pets allowed. Guest access The parking spot for our guests, the entire garden, the entire cottage is free for you to use! Other things to note This is a No smoking property.
