Our goal is to make you feel that this is your home away from home while you gather in groups, whether family or friends, and make new memories! Enjoy all that nature has to offer around us, explore the great outdoors of New Hampshire. Looking to entertain for the Holidays but need more space? Here you are! Please note that the Airbnb host lives onsite in a secondary unit with a separate entrance. The space Step into our home away from home just minutes away from the most foot climbed mountain in the world-Mount Monadnock. Relax and unwind in our rural, small town and enjoy our spacious 4,000 square foot lodge. Please ask host about special pricing and approval for events (those that will include extra guests like baby/bridal showers, birthday parties, etc.) Cozy up in our beach room, year round for a bright relaxing setting, including novels, games for the whole family, and a warm electric fireplace. Our property features 4 bedrooms: The Pink Room (double bed) The Blue Room (bunk bed with full on bottom, twin on top) and a cozy window seat. The Master Suite (king size bed) , includes a cozy window seat as well as a sofa/futon that can pull out into a bed. The Master suite also includes a full walk in closet in the hallway with plenty of room for your luggage and hanging your clothes. The main level contains a bedroom with two single bunkbed sets. Our beautiful and fully equipped kitchen is the perfect set up to create a home cooked meal. Also includes bar stool seating and attached is a dining room with a full table for eating. Enjoy your time together and gather in our large living room with plenty of comfortable seating. Two front door entrances with spacious foyers that include closet space with hangers. The second foyer includes a desk to get caught up on work if need be. The backyard includes a deck, grill, picnic table and a hot tub lined by beautiful trees. Guest access Please note that there is a private living space above the garage that is currently occupied by the Airbnb Host. The stairs off the back of the garage are off limits to Airbnb guests. Entire house and yard are accessible to guests. Basement and garage are off limits. Other things to note NO Smoking, will be strictly enforced including vaping, e-cigarettes, cigarettes and dab (THC) pens. We run a clean establishment and recent guests are not adhering. We Will charge an additional cleaning fee if there's any sign or scent upon checkout. ($350.00 additional) HOT TUB Use RULES: no food or drink while in the hot tub. If any evidence found or human waste - there will incur a $500 cleaning fee. Special events allowed upon approval. Special pricing will be applied Washer and Dryer available in first floor half bathroom *a minimum of $350 will incur if there's any signs of smoking or vaping after checkout. **any evidence of pets will incur an additional cleaning fee as well
