Our 2024 renovated accommodation is beautifully situated, on the edge of the city forest of Bad Salzuflen. The fully equipped apartment is a starting point for long hikes in the 630 ha forest area. The good connection to the A2 highway is useful to quickly reach the surrounding cities. A large free parking lot offers trucks and caravans plenty of space. Other things to note Location and excursion destinations: Our accommodation is quietly located, away from busy roads, and yet only about 10-15 minutes by car to Bad Salzuflen, Herford and Vlotho. A bus connection is 150 meters away, shopping, doctor's and dentist's office, ATMs are 2 km away. We are very easy and quick to reach from the A2 motorway exit Herford Ost. Parking is free, even for large vehicles with trailers, and directly on our property. Especially with children, a walk through the city forest of Bad Salzuflen is highly recommended, this is right on our doorstep. In the summer months, you can reach the mini golf course "Zur Loose" with a nice restaurant and beer garden within 15 minutes on foot. Other destinations include the Vitasol, spa and sauna area (7 minutes by car), H2O wave pool with outdoor pool and sauna area (12 minutes by car), Martha Herford (13 minutes by car), Bad Salzuflen exhibition center (16 minutes by car) and the Kaiser Wilhelm Monument on the Weser in Porta Westfalica (25 minutes by car).
