Relax with the whole family at this peaceful house. Located at the edge of a small town with pastureland on three sides and US HWY 69 on the other. No smoking and no pets. The space House includes 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, kitchen, dining room and living room. Price listed is the same for one or two adults and two bedrooms--one bedroom with king-size bed /bath and a second bedroom with a queen-size bed and rest of the living area (garage excluded). Each additional person will be charged $20 per day and will have access to one additional bedroom with queen-size. Guest access Guest will have access to two bathrooms with showers, dining room, living room, kitchen, washer/dryer, microwave, range and refrigerator. Attached garage is not included. Other things to note NO SMOKING OR PETS ALLOWED ATTACHED GARAGE IS NOT INCLUDED. Our town is small. We are located on I-35 and have 2 major truck stops (including Love's) but there are no grocery stores in town. Keep this in mind when traveling. There is a Walmart 15 miles south in Bethany. Lamoni is north of Eagleville and it has a small, limited hours grocery store. Osceola has options for groceries.
