Spacious stone house located in a quiet hamlet, on a hillside, in the heart of the vineyards, offers very beautiful 180° views. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets, on a half-hectare plot, not fenced to the east. Occupants can enjoy its proximity to the most charming villages of the Gers, hiking trails and the Way of Saint James, many events and festivals in summer. We live in this house year-round, so it's super equipped. However, if it is open, it is an absolute danger for children who can't swim because it is not fenced, and it is deep (diving pit 2m deep). - Infant-friendly house HELD IN THEIR PARK or self-contained children on the stairs Indeed, our stone stairs, the mini steps of the house like those of the dovecote can not be secured. In addition, the land is not fenced on the eastern side of the vines. This is therefore an absolute danger for toddlers who are not kept in their park, crib or cozy.
