Lovely home in Schin op Geul, NL

Our lovely house is available whenever we are away, travelling. Perfect location for a quiet stay in the beautiful and hilly Limburg! ⛰️ Neighbouring is the charming Valkenburg town with its gorgeous castle 🏰 The medieval city of Maastricht with its rich cultural scene, is only 14km away 🎭 The space The house can accommodate up to six guests. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms with king size beds. For bigger groups, there are additional two floor mattresses available. Downstairs, there is a spacious living room, kitchen, and a small back garden; one full bathroom upstairs and an additional toilet downstairs. Other things to note For 2-guest stay when two beds are required there is an additional one-off €40 fee per stay. (For 3-6 guests the night rate is higher, and it already includes this fee). Please indicate on your booking whether you’ll require two beds as that means an extra hour for the cleaner on both ends of your stay. Thanks! We appreciate that the third bedroom is quite small (there is only space for the mattresses and a bookcase), but we thought we would offer it in case there is a bigger group of guests for whom being together in one location is more important than comfort.
