The third upstairs bedroom has a double bed, 2 nightstands, 2 chairs, a closet, and also an exterior door leading to a second floor outdoor deck with stairs leading down into the back yard. The second floor also has a full bathroom complete with a new tiled shower and tub as well. The basement is not finished out, but has been freshly painted and has the in-house laundry available for guests use, including a washer and dryer. The attached 2 car garage is a perfect place to hang out and relax as well. The back door of the garage leads into the large fenced-in back yard. Guest access The entire house is available for guests use. If you would like to use the basement for anything, you'd be more than welcome to, although it's not finished out.
