It consists of a nice living room of 37 m², equipped kitchen, four beautiful bedrooms, a bathroom (with shower) and you can enjoy a garden of about 1,800 m². We're waiting for you! The accommodation is located on the 1 st floor of the house accessible from a staircase outside the house and consists of the following: - A 37 m² living room with TV, fireplace (decorative, non-functional), sofas and dining area. - A kitchen equipped with: oven, microwave, stove, dishwasher, filter coffee machine... - Bedroom 1: one queen size bed (160 × 200). - Bedroom 2: one double bed (140×190). - Bedroom 3: two single beds - Bedroom 4: double bed - A bathroom with shower. - Separate toilet. Outdoor: - A beautiful garden of 1,800 m², a quarter of the garden is associated with the apartment on the ground floor of the house - A terrace facing South, South-West, accessible from the kitchen to enjoy the beautiful days. For even more comfort, the owners decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, baby bed, small plancha, barbecue. The house is ideally located in Bidache, a small rural village of 1400 inhabitants, in a very pleasant environment. You can enjoy close proximity to all the essential shops but also shops, restaurants, bars, market... Activities: - The geographical location of Kilodery allows you to find, within a radius of 30 km, the beaches of the Basque coast (swimming, surfing...), the exceptional sites and villages of the interior Basque Country: Bidache and its Château de Gramont, Espelette, St Jean-pied de Port, La Bastide de Clairence, the gorges of Kakuetta, the caves of Isturitz and Oxcelhaya, Rafting and Canyoning in Bidarray, hiking on all the Basque mountains. - On site you can go fishing (trout, perch, goujon, white fish, etc.). - Hiking, mountain biking in the Mixe forest (600 hectares) - 40 min from the beaches of the Basque coast and southern Landes - 30 min from the picturesque sites of the inner Basque Country. - Less than 5 km from the gîte is a leisure center (Base Pop/Guiche) with free beach and water games. - 54 min from the little Rhune train. Transportation: If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the enclosure of the house, the garden can accommodate 4 vehicles. As for other modes of transportation, here is some information that may be useful to you: Nearby bus line with a passage every two hours, serving Bayonne, Anglet and Biarritz. - Nearest train station: Bayonne train station located about 30 minutes away by car. - Nearest airport: Biarritz-Basque Country airport located about 38 minutes away by car. Other remarks: - Sheets not included but towels provided. - The fireplace is decorative and non-functional - One pet is allowed free of charge in the accommodation, please specify this when booking. - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the space for future guests.
