Enjoy a unique experience by staying in this charming studio located in a stable owned by the owners in Saint-Roch, 15 km from Tours, in an exceptional environment of 40 peaceful and green hectares. You can enjoy the tranquility of the place, while having the opportunity to discover equestrian activities or walk in the surrounding countryside. Perfect for nature lovers, horses, or just looking for an original setting. The space Our studio has a bright space with a cozy sleeping area and a private bathroom (toilet and shower in the bedroom separated by a screen). A comfortable clubhouse adjoining the studio is available for your use, with a kitchenette, toilet, outdoor terrace, TV, and Wi-Fi (shared spaces). The stables also have ample parking for cars with 4 electric charging stations. Another studio with two single beds is also available to rent in the same building. We can also welcome your horse thanks to our Cavalier & his horse formula, which will also be able to enjoy our beautiful facilities: 3×3.5 meter boxes, daytime paddock trips, solarium, many walking paths and proximity to several competition stables etc. Do not hesitate to contact us for more information about this!
