It is designed with comfort and convenience in mind, offering a perfect retreat for both relaxation and remote work. I can offer you a private Guest Bedroom (second floor ): with twin single beds and plenty of storage for your clothes and luggage. A regal feel with your own throne. A recently renovated private en-suite completes the set up , equipped with waterfall shower and complimentary toiletries with fluffy towels. A Complimentary Breakfast can be enjoyed in our dining area within the kitchen on the ground floor, which opens out into the garden .For early risers, a breakfast pack can be arranged. You’re welcome to eat & drink out in our peaceful garden which is a sunny enclosed space with sunshades and a summerhouse to relax in. Super-Fast Internet: Seamless internet connection throughout the house and garden, perfect for working or streaming.The shared TV in the lounge offers Netflix , Now and other streaming services. There are additional reclining seats in our snug area which overlooks the garden. Our peaceful garden is perfect for relaxation. Enjoy the multiple seating areas, sunshades, and magical evening lights. Cushions and throws are available upon request. Summer House: Guests are welcome to use our summer house, another cozy spot in the garden. The River Trent is visible from the property and within easy walking distance. A beautiful riverside path leads you all the way into town. Lincoln: The historic city of Lincoln is just a 30 minute drive away. Lincolnshire Wolds Nature Reserve: A stunning natural area, also around 40 minutes away by car or enjoy a day at the beach with Anderby Creek, Skegness, Mablethorpe, and Louth all within approximately 90 minutes’ drive.
