Walk out to your private deck from either the living room or the kitchen. Newly-refurbished apartment in a beautiful, peaceful setting on small lake, suitable for swimming or fishing. Enjoy free use of our paddleboat! This is an in-law apartment attached to our home, so we will be nearby to help with any issues that may arise during your stay. The space was formerly an in-law apartment for a single person. The main sleeping area is open to the living room, (and the lake view). The twin bed is in a small room that had been used for an office. The person using the twin bed must walk through the main sleeping area to access the bathroom. Feel free to enjoy use of the yard, beach, dock, and paddleboat. Please do not use the canoe or standing paddleboard. The apartment is attached to our home, so you’ll likely see us. Just give us a call if you need any help or information. We are located in a quiet residential neighborhood on a dead-end street. A working stable is 1/10 mi. down the road. No guests are allowed beyond those booking the room. Pets may be allowed, depending on specifics. No pets unless host’s pre-approval is communicated in the app. Violation of either of these rules will result in termination of your stay, with no refund. Quiet time is from 10pm to 6 am.
