Permit: STR20-00359 The space The house offers a spacious 3600 square feet, right on the river, with views of Buffalo Mountain and Red Peak Step out of our private haven and the best of Summit County is close by: 10 minutes: Target, City Market, restaurants, outlet shopping, Starbucks, Silverthorne Rec Center with pool, cross-country skiing, golf, and hiking 20 minutes: Keystone & Copper Mountain ski areas, Frisco shops and restaurants 30 minutes: Breckenridge, Arapahoe Basin 40 minutes: Vail ski area, shopping and restaurants Guest access Enjoy the whole private home and nearly an acre of property. Tons of activities on the property, such as a trampoline, hot tub, sauna, fire pit (when permitted), horseshoe pit, cornhole and a breathtaking views of our 200' of the Blue River. Other things to note We are permitted 6 overnight adult guests total by local regulation. There is ample parking for up to four cars in the garage and in the driveway. We ask that our guests be 1-3 family groups. For non-related groups, we require an average age of 25+. We have a pet free home.
