The space The cabin is a private studio-style space with two comfortable beds, ideal for solo travelers, couples, or friends, and well-suited for small families. Inside, you’ll find air conditioning, a simple kitchenette for light meals, and a private bathroom. The space opens to a covered porch with a hammock and seating area, surrounded by lush gardens. It’s designed for a comfortable, relaxed stay with everything you need, while keeping a simple and peaceful feel. Guest access Guests have full private access to the cabin, including the indoor living space, private bathroom, and covered porch with hammock and seating area. You’re also welcome to enjoy the surrounding garden areas during your stay. Other things to note The property includes a garden and outdoor spaces, so occasional light maintenance (such as watering plants or garden care) may take place during your stay. This is always done respectfully and with care to avoid disrupting your privacy. Ometepe is a beautiful and natural island, and part of its charm is a slower, more simple way of life. You may occasionally experience brief power or water interruptions, which are normal for the area. A generator is available to support power during outages. Just send us a message if needed, and we’ll take care of getting it started. To maintain a peaceful environment, it’s typically used for a few hours at a time and not run late into the evening. The cabin offers natural-temperature water, often warmed by the sun throughout the day...part of the simple, nature-connected experience of island living. We’re also in the process of adding hot water as we continue to thoughtfully enhance the space. The kitchenette is designed for light meal preparation and includes basic cookware and essentials. Being surrounded by nature, you may also encounter insects or small wildlife from time to time.
