It has been completely renovated while keeping the charm of the old, it has several levels and therefore several stairs. It consists of 3 parts for a total of 100m2: 👉On the first floor, you'll discover: • The entrance to the home, accessible via a few stone steps, and overlooking the living room, meticulously renovated, keeping the remains of the old. • A bright kitchen area, equipped with a dishwasher, a gas stove with oven, a fridge, a microwave, a Nespresso coffee maker, a kettle and a toaster for your breakfast. • Raclette, fondue, pancake and plancha machine are at your disposal. • A charming dining area with a large table for family meals. • An old preserved wooden door opens to a hallway that leads to a coquettish bedroom consisting of a double in 140, a bathroom with a bathtub, and a separate toilet. • Books and board games available in the living room cupboard. 👉On the second floor, on the mezzanine, you will have access to a warm sleeping area, located under the attic and overlooking the kitchen, including: • Two trundle beds in 90, ideal for two children. • Storage for clothes • The ability to obscure the room with a large curtain for a nice night of restful sleep. 👉 On the ground floor you will find: • A lounge area consisting of a leather sofa, armchairs and TV screen allowing you to relax after long walks. A wood-burning stove will enhance your stays in winter. • Access to the charming terrace overlooking a small garden with a splendid view of the Bugey mountains, allowing you to have lunch or dinner outside (table, chairs, umbrella). 👉 An extra grass space is accessible across the street, great for enjoying the outdoors during the warm season. Far from the urban hustle and bustle, this house is a haven of peace, while being close to amenities, only 5 minutes from the shops of Saint Rambert and 15 minutes from Ambérieu-en-Bugey train station. It is the perfect place for a getaway with family or friends, in an exceptional natural environment. Guest access 💒 The accommodation is located 5 minutes by car (less than 3 km) from the center of the village, on the heights. There are a few sharp turns before you get to the alley. Please note that it is sometimes difficult to pass on this road. ⚠️ The alley of the house is narrow and located on a slope. 🚗 Parking can be done freely in two parking lots located on both sides of the house. Possibility to park in front of the entrance, time to load or unload your belongings. ⌚️ Check-ins start at 5 p.m. and checkouts start before 10 a.m. Self 🔑 check-in will allow you to access the property at a time that suits you.
