Guest access The property is accompanied by five hectares of land, including woods and meadows, with a pond fed by pure water springs in the basin of the famous Lauretana spring. The common areas under the porches, in the courtyard or directly on the lawn allow the traveler to enjoy authentic moments of relaxation in the summer, while in the winter months you can take advantage of the warm atmosphere of the living room with a large fireplace.
