Skiing at Catamount Mountain is mere minutes away. Tanglewood, the summer home of the Boston Symphony Orchestra and Jacob's Pillow, world renown for dance are both less than 35 miles away. You can easily set out on foot from the house for hiking around Bash Bish and Mount Washington. There are so many activities, you will already be preparing for your return visit. Detailed Information on Spaces (See Floorplans in Photos): Main Level: Sitting Room: Pull Out Sofa Bed, Bathroom w/ Low Threshold Walk-In Shower Upper Level: Bedroom 1: Queen Bed Bedroom 2: Full Bed Bedroom 3: Twin Bed All spaces on the upper level share a bathroom w/ clawfoot tub and attached sprayer. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire property including back and front yards. Other things to note You will be required to sign a rental agreement after the booking is confirmed. Full terms of the agreement are available on request. Additionally, you will be required to upload an approved government identification card or passport when you complete the rental agreement. Rentals of the property requires a $500 refundable offline security deposit via credit card, or you may pay a $70 fee to waive the security deposit. Fees may apply for early check-ins, late check-outs, and additional optional services. We monitor for compliance to occupancy rules using various technologies at the property. Up to two dogs may stay at the property. The first dog is includes in the nightly rate. The second dog incurs a $25/night fee. No more than 4 cars allowed.
