The space The apartment is located on the third level of a three-story building, within a 2-hectare plot surrounded by mountains, designed to offer spectacular panoramic views and enjoy unique sunrises and sunsets. It has electricity and Starlink internet, as well as a recently built shared pool, approximately 15 meters long, 5 meters wide and 1.50 meters deep, ideal for relaxing. Being in a secluded area, there are no shops or restaurants nearby, which makes this space a perfect opportunity to reconnect with yourself or share moments with your family. It is ideal for those seeking calm, the lullaby of crickets and the sound of the sea at night, as well as the singing of birds at dawn and the presence of harmless animals in the area. During the rainy season, it is important to stay informed of the reports before and during the stay, ensuring a pleasant experience and authentic contact with nature and the serenity of the environment. Guest access To get to the property, it is important to know that the road is a dirt road, approximately 1 kilometer long, but with free access to park inside the property, in the place that we indicate. It is recommended to have your own vehicle and arrive during the day to easily locate the place, which is 15 minutes from downtown Puerto Escondido and 10 minutes from the International Airport. During the rainy season, the road may be affected, so it is important to take precautions. About a few months ago, the area was affected by Hurricane Erik, which reinforces the recommendation to drive carefully. You will have the freedom to travel the entire terrain, enjoying the nature and vegetation that surrounds it. If you like animals, you can interact with the sheep and also with our four-legged furry friends, Costeña and Goyo. If you have difficulty finding the place, we are available to guide you along the way and ensure comfortable and safe access. Other things to note It is recommended to have a vehicle for a more comfortable transfer or, where appropriate, consider renting a car. If you need car rental information, we can gladly provide you with options. Being an area of nature and warm climate, the presence of mosquitoes and other insects is normal. For this reason, all rooms are equipped with mosquito nets, and it is recommended to keep the windows closed at night for a comfortable stay. If you go out at night, please notify the person on duty, as we close the gate for safety. We ask for your support to save energy: when you are not in the room, turn off the lights and any electrical appliance that you are not using.
