Artist's house between Chablis and Sancerre.

Our house is a charming farmhouse in the heart of a small village of Puisaye, ideal for a bucolic holiday in Burgundy, between Chablis and Sancerre. Its rustic architecture is associated with bohemian and artistic decoration: design objects, contemporary works of art, vintage furniture, complemented by atypical spaces: An artist's studio converted into a winter garden, a wooden caravan in a guinguette spirit, small patio and large courtyard that hosts a ping pong table. The space Ground floor accommodation with a large living room, adjoining equipped kitchen, three independent bedrooms (bedroom 1 a double bed 140, bedroom 2 a double bed 120, bedroom 3 two single beds) and a renovated bathroom toilet (walk-in shower and bathtub). A garden of 1500 m2 spread on each side of the house, wooded and flowered, with a pond at the bottom of the land (requiring vigilance for young children). Garden furniture, a barbecue, a ping pong table are available. Guest access Access to the artist's workshop, in particular to enjoy the tranquility of the winter garden, however it is not possible to use the equipment and tools in this space.
