On a wooded plot, our 180 m2 house is also a 2-minute drive from downtown Brioude and shops. On the 1st floor you will find the bathroom, separate toilet, 3 spacious bedrooms, 1 games room and 1 balcony. (possibility to add extra beds for 2 extra people). On the ground floor 1 bedroom, 1 toilet, 1 laundry room, 1 fully equipped kitchen open to the dining room and living room. You will be welcomed by our 2 cats "Ohlala" and "Oupsy".
