We ask that you behave appropriately and with common sense in the presence of the other owners. There will be clear indications about the spaces that can be used, especially if you have pets. Outside, a large balcony allows you to eat outdoors. The apartment was completely renovated in the spring of 2026. Baita Marianna is an excellent base for excursions in the Aosta Valley. On hot summer days, it will be wonderful to return to the Baita in the evening and rest in the cool 🥰 The area offers many climbing walls in Scalaro, trekking and excursions, and we are on the GTA (Grande Traversata delle Alpi) route. For families who don't want to leave the Baita, it will be immersive to spend the day in the quiet of the mountains, relaxing and regenerating. To get into the house, however, there is a steep staircase. Unfortunately, the building is not accessible to people in wheelchairs or people who have difficulty climbing stairs. We cannot accept children under 2 years of age or who are not yet walking because the stairs are very steep and cannot be fully protected. Other things to note Baita Marianna is just 10 minutes from the Scalaro climbing walls and a short distance from the GTA (Gran Traversata Alpina) trail. The house is a mountain apartment; it has everything you need to relax for a few days in the woods. We also provide free Wi-Fi so you can stay in touch with your loved ones. For strictly safety reasons, THERE ARE NO FIRES INCLUDING the FIREPLACE. It is only allowed the barbecue, which is charcoal, remember to monitor it and turn it off well at the end! If you have animals at night, it is mandatory to lock them in the house with you as there are wild animals nearby. At certain times, there are cows grazing in the meadow around the house.
