Dreaming of a moment just for yourself, away from the hustle and bustle of the city? We invite you to our Tiny House located right on the river, surrounded by wild nature and birdsong. It is a place where time slows down and every morning begins with the sound of water and the smell of the forest. Our cottage is fully equipped: a kitchen with a fridge, induction hob, kettle, coffee maker and blender will provide you with comfort as if you were at home. Air conditioning will take care of your comfort at any time of the year, and board games will make quiet evenings more pleasant. Guest access A house with a terrace is available as standard, a jacuzzi is available for an additional fee. The first session is PLN 200, each subsequent day is PLN 100. From May to August inclusive, reservations are only for entire weekends (minimum 3 nights) There is a free fire pit near the property. Firewood collected in the forest is also free, we can also prepare a tree for a fee of PLN 50. Other things to note TINY SILENT HOUSE REGULATIONS: §1 BOOKING AND PAYMENT 1. These Regulations set out the conditions under which a reservation and rental of the Tiny Silent House can be made. Making a reservation is tantamount to accepting the provisions of these Regulations. The Regulations constitute an integral part of the agreement. At the time of booking (payment of a deposit of 30% of the entire stay), the rental agreement is considered concluded. The Regulations apply to all guests of the cottages and others staying on its premises. Compliance with the regulations by you and other guests will ensure a peaceful and safe stay. 2. The agreed initial reservation (by phone or e-mail) should be confirmed by paying the amount of the deposit referred to in point 1 to the given account within 3 days (send a confirmation of the transfer by e-mail). Failure to pay within the above period will result in the cancellation of the initial reservation. 3. By making a reservation, the Lessor agrees to the processing of personal data solely for the purpose of making the reservation and fulfilling the registration obligation in accordance with the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Act. The person making the reservation has the right to inspect their personal data and update it. 4. The cost of the stay is determined individually for each client and depends on the length of the stay, the number of people, the date of the stay, etc. 5. The cost of the stay includes: – accommodation with the possibility of using all the equipment. 6. Payment of the deposit by the Lessor means that he accepts the terms and conditions of the lease. 7. The remaining amount for the stay is paid by the Lessee by bank transfer before arrival, or in cash on the day of arrival when collecting the keys. 8. In the event of a change in the date of booking by the Lessee or a complete cancellation of the stay for reasons beyond our control, the deposit is non-refundable. 9. The person making the reservation is fully responsible for the persons staying with him/her. 10. In the event of loss of keys, the Lessee shall pay a fee of PLN 50. §2 ACCOMMODATION AND RULES OF STAY 1. The day starts at 5:00 p.m. (arrival) and ends at 1:00 p.m. (departure). We need time to clean and prepare the cottage for the next guests. 2. If it is not possible to arrive at a specified time, the Lessor is obliged to immediately notify by phone. 3. The Lessee is obliged to pay the entire amount due for the stay on the day of arrival when collecting the keys. 4. The arrival of the Guest after the start of the hotel day (personal reasons, communication difficulties, etc.) does not affect the amount of the fee due. 5. In the event of a shortening of the period of stay by the Renter, the amount for the unused period is not refundable. 6. It is possible to extend your stay only if there are no previous reservations of the cottage by other customers. 7. In the event of exceeding the 24-hour period, the Renter will be charged the costs of the next 24-hour period without the possibility of occupying the cottage. 8. The Renter may not transfer to another person the right to use the cottage he occupies. 9. Check-in and check-out takes place in the presence of the Owner or an authorized person. 10. The Owner reserves the right to refuse to book or check in a person who has previously grossly violated the Regulations or damaged the property of the facility. 11. The maximum number of guests in the cottage, regardless of age, is 6. 12. In the event of exceeding the declared number of people using the Cottage (without the consent and knowledge of the Owner or an authorized person), the Owner reserves the right to immediately terminate the contract with all consequences without the need to refund the previously paid fee. 13. Upon arrival, but before moving in, the Renter is obliged to collect the Cottage, i.e. check the furniture, windows, shower cabin and other devices and equipment in the Cottage. 14. Comments on damage, destruction should be reported immediately to the Owner or an authorized person. The owner allows the possibility of finding the so-called hidden damage, but only in invisible elements. No comments from the Lessee regarding such damage within 4 hours after receiving the keys means that the Lessee has no objections and all equipment and furniture are in good condition. 15. The Lessee is financially responsible for any damage caused to the Cottage during their stay and agrees that any repairs to the damage, replenishment of equipment or removal of defects will be made at their expense. 16. Users of the facility are obliged to comply with fire safety rules and are responsible for any damage caused to the facility during their stay. 17. In the cottage, in a visible place, there is a fire extinguisher, which should be used in the event of a fire and immediately inform the Owner of the Facility or an authorized person about this event. For unjustified use of the fire extinguisher, the customer will be charged PLN 150 and PLN 350 for cleaning the cottage. 18. Smoking and frying fish and other unpleasant odors are strictly prohibited in the cottage. 19. Due to the fire protection requirements, it is not allowed to use any instruments or devices powered by electricity or gas, which are not the equipment of these rooms and which may create a fire hazard, e.g. electric heaters, radiators, gas burners. It is forbidden to bring flammable materials, explosives and materials with an unpleasant smell into the cottage. 19. Barbecuing is allowed in designated areas, barbecuing on terraces is allowed with the consent of the Owner or an authorized person. 20. The Renter is not entitled to make any repairs or make any expenditures or changes in the Cottage without the prior written consent of the Owner of the facility. The Renter is obliged to immediately inform the Owner or an authorized person about the need to make repairs or expenditures. 21. In the event of technical defects, the Lessee is asked to report them as soon as possible, which will enable an appropriate response and action. 22. The owner or persons designated by him, at any time have the right to enter the cottage in the event of any failure or threat. 23. The Lessee is obliged to maintain and return the Cottage in its original condition, which includes, in particular, leaving the dishes and kitchen utensils washed, taking out the garbage, etc. before departure. 24. The agreement concluded between the Owner and the Lessee does not include travel, meals and organization of the stay. 25. The Owner is not responsible for temporary inconveniences occurring with independent suppliers caused, for example, by a temporary lack of water, electricity, or internet. 26. The Renter is obliged to use the holiday home in accordance with its properties and purpose. The technical condition of the equipment and the aesthetics of the rooms of the holiday home and its surroundings must not raise any major objections (the customer is obliged to carry out final cleaning). 27. For safety reasons, the Renter should turn off the TV, turn off the taps, turn off the lights, check the doors and windows every time they leave the cottage. The owner is not responsible for items left in the cottages. 28. Inviting guests to the premises requires the consent of the Owner. 29. Each guest from outside must leave the facility by 11:00 p.m., otherwise the Lessee will be charged a fee of PLN 100 for the stay of each additional person from outside, for each day started from 11:00 p.m. 30. The owner of the facility is not responsible for damage and loss of the car, for things and live animals left in it during the stay both on the premises and outside it
