With a large terrace from which you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the Siebengebirge, you will immediately feel the charm of this accommodation. Roof terrace and balcony offer additional space for outdoor relaxation. The apartment has two living rooms, each with a sofa bed that offers additional sleeping space for guests. There are three bedrooms – two with luxurious king-size beds and another that has a single bed that can be converted into a double bed. With a total of two bathrooms, this place offers ample space for all guests. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a high-quality coffee machine and all the necessary appliances to prepare your meals comfortably. The apartment is also equipped with air conditioning and underfloor heating for your comfort. All windows have electric shutters that allow complete darkening. For those who want to combine work and relaxation, there is a desk and quick access to Wi-Fi. Location and surroundings: Our apartment is located in an absolutely top location: only 15 minutes to Cologne-Bonn Airport, 15 minutes to Bonn and only 5 minutes by car to Siegburg center. You will also find a very good transport connection with a bus that goes directly to Siegburg Central Station, where you have connections to ICE and train connections. From the terrace you can enjoy the view of the Siebengebirge, which makes your time out here even more pleasant. Right next to the property is a gas station with a mini market that is open until 10 pm and offers everything you need for your stay. A shopping street is also not too far away. Access and communication: You will have full access to the entire apartment, including the large terrace, balcony and the entire living area. The entrance door is not directly on the main road, but is accessible via the parking lot behind the building. The building itself is on the main road, but you can reach the entrance from the back – just walk along the parking lot. The courtyard as well as the parking lot and the front door are under video surveillance, which provides additional security. An elevator takes you directly to the second floor where the apartment is located. Check-in is contactless via a key box. You can check in from 3 pm and check out by 11 am.
