Offering 2 bedrooms that each have a king-size bed & 2 full baths. The condo features extremely comfortable beds w/ luxury linens, a fully stocked kitchen, 2 pools (seasonal) all on an amazing lake. Enjoy the peace & quite of our wooded lakeside resort, but when you're ready to do all the touristy things, Branson it's a mere 5 min away! The space This is a 3 bedroom condo however with this rate you will NOT have access to the 3rd bedroom. But You will have access to everything you see in the photos. This rate is for a MAXIMUM of 4 guests. If you have more in your group you will need to book it as a 3 bedroom. Reservations are not guaranteed to get the exact condo # they requested during the time of booking and are subject to change without prior notice. Please note all of our condos are decorated exactly the same and you will always get your 2 king bed bedrooms with this options. We do offer the option to guarantee a lakeview condo (when available) for additional fees. Please inquire on total fees if that is a top desire. We are Pet friendly however there is an additional fee to bring them. Other things to note We are a pet friendly establishment, please note there is a additional pet cleaning fee of $75 per pet for their stay (this fee does not cover damages). If you need a condo with no stairs or have any other special request please ask us prior to booking so we can check to see if it's possible for us to accommodate those needs please note: this is a discounted rate for a maximum of 4 people. This is a 3 bedroom condo with the 3rd bedroom locked. If upon your departure it is discovered you entered and used the 3rd bedroom, additional daily room rates and extra cleaning fees will apply.
