Booking this reservation will give you access to one cozy private bedroom and shared bathroom in a communal short term rental home right in the center of Southern California's best attractions. Whether you want the security and privacy of relaxing in your own private room or you would like to socialize with other travelers in the shared common spaces this home has something for everyone. The space Your Bedroom: You will be renting Bedroom A, a private bedroom with a digital keypad lock. The home is single-story, so all rooms are conveniently located on the same level. You will be given a unique access code at check in that will work only for the duration of your stay. You will also have access to a shared bathroom. Bedroom Amenities Provided: 1. Bed linens and a bath towel 2. Extra Pillows and blankets in the closet 3. A small personal heater 4. A personal fan 5. The house is generally pretty quiet but we offer a white noise machine to mitigate any noise machine and ear plugs for those who are sensitive to noise. Your Bathroom: You will also have access to a private bathroom. Bathroom Amenities Provided: 1. Shampoo 2. Conditioner 3. Bodywash 4. Hand soap 5. Hair dryer Parking: Each room rental is allotted one space in our large driveway. It is first come first serve in terms of which parking spot but every room guest is entitled one space on the driveway. There is no parking on the street directly in front of the property. Guest access General home lay out: This home has a total of 3 bedrooms that we rent out at a time. It is a single story home with a lovely backyard. Although you are renting 1 private bedroom in this home you are welcome to enjoy all common areas and home amenities including: 1. Large fully stocked kitchen for your use 2. Outdoor Kitchen 3. Game Room with Ping Pong, Foosball and plenty of Board Games 4. Big Screen TV in the living room and your bedroom 5. One parking space on the driveway for you! 6. Beautiful Backyard for Relaxing 7. Kids Playroom There are a few cleaning and supply closets that will remain locked that guests will not have access to.
