Rothwell, Kettering large clean room + parking!

Comfy, spacious, sparkly clean, double-room in a quiet home (i.e. no loud people, music & double-glazed) with kitchen use, Rothwell, NN14. Off A14, easy access A1/M1/M6/A6/Kettering hospital. 45min Silverstone/ 10min drive Rushton Hall/Kelmarsh Hall . 5 mins walk to Rothwell's historic centre with restaurants & shops. Please do read my detailed description & see photos :). PLEASE NOTE: Extra house rules apply during COVID-19, I am also applying an enhanced cleaning regime at this time. The space The guest bedroom is the largest bedroom. The comfy double bed has electric sockets on both sides of the bed and space for items you may need to charge over night. The sheets and duvet covers are 100% cotton. Guest access Guests have access to the their room, bathroom and kitchen/dining area. The kitchen is well equipped with microwave and dishwasher. Guests also have their own full size under the counter fridge. I ask that the kitchen is kept clean and tidy and used items are placed in the dishwasher. Bathroom has an electric shower. Please be aware my water is metered, so be mindful of useage. During your stay I try to respond to requests within a couple of hours usually much faster. I like to have an idea of who is asking to stay in my home & what brings them to the area. Remember, AirBnB is personal, you are a stranger being welcomed into my home, not a hotel! Please show courtesy by responding to the questions I ask. I am happy to try & help with late booking requests (e.g. on the day of arrival). Guests have, in the past, stayed a single night, been a regular visitor over a period of weeks or anything in inbetween. I have travelled the world & stayed at AirBnB spots, so know how useful host knowledge can be. I am happy to share info about my local home area & further afield. Happy to chat over dinner / drinks or equally to leave you in peace during your stay. (The only caveat to this is that sometimes I may be out in the evening and I do need to work during the day.
