Time out with Alpine views in Lueginsland

A retreat to breathe deeply – quietly located, surrounded by nature and with a wide view to the Alps. Our stylishly furnished apartment with 2 rooms, kitchen, bathroom and garden is located on the raised ground floor of a charming, completely renovated house in the Southern Black Forest biosphere reserve, nestled in meadows, forests and birdsong. Ideal for those seeking relaxation, ambience and a connection to nature. The space The apartment welcomes you with generosity, lots of light and lovingly selected details. The 27 m² living room/bedroom is equipped with a queen size bed, sofa bed, seating and TV. The two windows overlooking the valley have beautiful new curtains for darkening. A second room overlooking the garden and pond is available for 3 or 4 people, also with a queen size bed. The rooms are also very pleasant to use in high summer temperatures. The modern brand new bathroom with a rain shower offers you complete comfort. Another highlight is the open kitchen and dining area with about 25 m² and adjoining conservatory overlooking the natural pond in the countryside. The brand new kitchenette with natural stone slab is fully equipped with SMEG refrigerator, coffee maker and high-quality BORA induction stove. When the weather is nice, the garden is perfect for dining outside and enjoying the surroundings. Guest access The apartment is completely independent with a separate entrance (key box for first access). A large free parking lot is available. Our guests receive two keys for the side entrance and, if necessary, also for the small garage to store bicycles there. For loading and unloading, please drive up to the front of the house, and then park in the large parking lot. Other things to note The S-Bahn station is just 6 minutes away and takes you 10 minutes deeper into the Wiesental, 25 minutes to Lörrach and 40 minutes directly to Basel. Freiburg, Alsace and Feldberg are also within easy reach – ideal for day trips between Black Forest peaks, vineyards and culture. The Westweg begins right outside the front door – ideal for hiking or extensive mountain bike tours. And the Schweigmatt public bath invites you to refresh yourself in summer at a distance of 150 m.
