This townhouse can accommodate up to 6 people who will enjoy: • A restored cellar with bar and lounge • A fitted kitchen open to the living room, also a toilet, a shower room, a bathroom, • On the 1st floor: a bedroom, a shower room, a living room opening onto the terrace, ideal for BBQs, • On the 2nd floor: another bedroom The space The connection with the hotel Le CEP, its parking, its Spa and its Cellar and all its services will make it possible to offer a 5* à la carte hotel service, while preserving the independence and comfort of this pretty townhouse for its occupants. The price includes the hotel service of the Hotel Le CEP*****, namely that the beds are made upon arrival and at your request in daily turndown service, daily cleaning, Vinésime welcome products in the bathrooms, towels and bathrobes, slippers, etc... The kitchen is equipped to allow you to have your breakfasts independently, for 6 people. Tea, coffee, sugar are provided. A la carte, the Hotel can also bring you a full breakfast for an additional fee if you wish, served in your house, unless you prefer to come and have it at the hotel, in the breakfast vault, living room or terrace depending on the weather. (€22/p) You will also find the dishes and equipment necessary to prepare your meals for 6 people: oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge with integrated freezer, electric stovetop with 4 burners, etc. Daily cleaning includes the kitchen and dishes for 6 people. If you are hosting receptions for more guests, you should notify us and an additional fee for dish rental and cleaning may be requested.
