Seaside house on southern Gotland

Welcome to a lovely house with all the comforts in southern Gotland! Here you live 200 meters from the sea, on a lush and child-friendly plot with large areas for play and games. The house is located in the area of Björklunda, which is 3 km north of Burgsvik, where there is a well-stocked ICA store, as well as restaurants, a child-friendly beach, large swimming pool, sauna, library, gas station and other shops. 1 km north of the cottage is the nice Käldhagens sandy beach. And almost next door is Gåsen Out with paddle tennis, boules and beach volleyball. Welcome! The space Directly inside the front door is the kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is equipped with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, stove and oven. There is plenty of glass and porcelain as well as cooking equipment. Downstairs there is also a bedroom and shower and toilet. The bedroom is equipped with a family bed (bunk bed where the lower bed is wider, 120 cm). Above the stairs is the living room with sofa, armchairs and TV. The sofa is a sofa bed and can be made into a double bed (160 cm). The TV is equipped with regular channels and a Chromecast. Upstairs is also the master bedroom with a double bed. The balcony is in a lovely south-facing location and has nice outdoor furniture, parasols and a charcoal grill. The garden is almost 3000 sqm and is shared with two other houses but there is plenty of room for everyone. We provide toilet paper and hand soap, paper towels, dish detergent and dishcloth. Other things to note Near the house is also Gåsen Out (formerly Pensionat Björklunda) which is part of Grå Gåsen. There are paddle tennis courts, a boules court and a beach volleyball court.
