In the heart of the south of Gran Canaria, a short walk from the famous Yumbo Center – a reference point for the LGBTQ+ community and a pulsating center of clubs, shops and restaurants – this recently renovated apartment offers a cozy and quiet retreat, ideal for those who want to experience Playa del Inglés with comfort and style. A few minutes' walk away is the Mirador de las Dunas, from which you can admire the extraordinary Dunes nature reserve, one of the most iconic landscapes on the island. The space The apartment is bright, quiet, and designed for year-round comfort. It features two bedrooms – one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. New, soundproof and thermally insulated windows ensure a restful night’s sleep even in the lively centre of town, and ceiling fans help keep the indoor temperature naturally pleasant. The bathroom is modern and includes a spacious walk-in shower. The fully equipped kitchen comes with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, washing machine, and everything you need for a self-catered stay. The private balcony overlooking the pool is a real highlight: a perfect spot for breakfast in the sun, relaxing with a good book, or enjoying an alfresco dinner in Gran Canaria’s famously mild climate. The residential complex offers two communal swimming pools with sun loungers, a tennis court (bookable for a fee through the community staff), and a free parking area. Please note that spaces are not assigned – parking is on a first-come, first-served basis, and availability may be limited during busy seasons or special events. The complex also benefits from 24-hour on-site security. A portable baby cot is available on request for families with young children. This is an ideal base for exploring the vibrant south of the island, with the beach, shopping, and nature just around the corner – all while enjoying the comfort and style of a well-maintained and thoughtfully equipped apartment. Guest access Use of the communal areas, including the swimming pool, is permitted only in accordance with the rules established by the homeowners’ association. Bringing in external persons not included in the reservation is strictly prohibited. All registered guests are jointly responsible for the proper use of these facilities. Other things to note The swimming pool is shared with the other guests of the complex. Bed linen and towels are changed every 10 days, free of charge. Wi-Fi included. Washing machine available at no extra cost. The complex has a private car park, but spaces are not assigned. Usually parking is not a problem, although during events or busy dates there may not be space inside. We always do our best to accommodate arrival and departure times, but the official check-in time is from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm.
