Modern-style gîte located in the city center of Maîche, close to shops and services, while being on a pedestrian street and very quiet. This modern and spacious house was refurbished in November 2025. Come and enjoy our gîte for a stay with family, a weekend with friends or for a business trip. For parking, a parking space is available in front of the garage of the gîte, if you have several cars, a municipal parking lot is located 20 m away. The space The kitchen is fully equipped: oven, dishwasher, induction cooktop, fridge, freezer, microwave, kettle, coffee maker. Spacious and bright dining/living room. Table for 6-8 people (+ baby high chair), 2 living rooms (sofas, armchairs and flat screen TV (+WiFi). 4 spacious bedrooms for couples (2 beds of 140 and 2 beds of 160). One of these 4 bedrooms is also equipped with a crib. 2 bathrooms with walk-in shower. 2 separate rooms. This house is located in a quiet area of the small town of Maiche. Close to nature and the castle of Maîche, while being very close to amenities: shops, city center etc... Terrace equipped with garden furniture, barbecue. The house also has an extensive garden, fully fenced to ensure the safety of children. It's a great space where they can play freely. No pets allowed. Guest access Key box for self check-in. Other things to note Check-in and check-out times at your convenience, subject to availability. Our cottage is in free management. We ask that you bring your top sheets, bottom sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, dish linens. Nevertheless, we offer a package of sheets, bath towels and kitchen linens, this one amounts to 13 euros/people (only on request). No animals allowed in our cottages. Cleaning at the end of the stay is required. Cleaning products, dish soap and equipment are at your disposal. Please follow these waste sorting instructions upon your departure: Please separate your waste according to the following guidelines to facilitate its processing: - Packaging, plastics, paper and cardboard, metals and food cartons: to be thrown in the yellow trash bin. - Organic waste (food scraps, peels): to be thrown in the compost bin. - Glass and jars: throw them in the glass bin or take them to the nearest collection point. - Other waste (miscellaneous household waste): to be disposed of in the black/green bin, after being sealed in a trash bag.
