Other things to note The flat is located in the quiet neighbourhood of Hallgarten. A public outdoor swimming pool and public parking spaces are about 250 m away. The EBS University and other shopping facilities (REWE, Netto, Aldi, pharmacies, etc.) are approx. 2 km away and there is a bus connection. The flat is fully equipped. Electricity, water, heating, TV are included in the price. We ask for responsible use of energy (do not heat with open windows for example...). There is also free Wifi. For the final cleaning after moving out a flat rate of 80,00 € is due. Please leave the apartment in a clean condition. Please dispose of all garbage, waste glass and waste paper. For the key 50,00 € must be deposited in cash. This will be returned directly in exchange for the key when you move out.
