Expansive basement that includes 2 bedrooms (each with a king bed) and a large bunk room (4 full beds) 2 bedrooms on the main (each with king bed) and a office that includes a lie flat futon that can serve as an additional sleep space. In total: 4 private bedrooms featuring a King bed in with high end mattresses + bunk house room with individual plug ins, lights and 4 full sizes beds ( fold out futon in seperate bedroom not mentioned is not included in the 8 beds listed above). Home is professionally cleaned and an owner occupied home being made exclusively available for CWS guests who want a high end experience. Owner will be traveling for the World Cup and not be on property. Our home will be yours for the stay and it will feel like just that: home. Multiple rooms with 75+ inch quality televisions and hang out places for large group of family & friends. Home is very well taken care of in a very private location conducive to relaxing days and evenings. Very large yard for playing catch or yard games. Absolutely no renters below age 30. No exceptions. Guests below 30 and kids are of course welcomed. Home is located 90 second from Dodge street. Which is the freeway in the heart of the city that can take you straight to the CWS (approximately 25 min drive) Guest access The entire 1.3 acre property. Other things to note 4 bedrooms have high end king bed mattresses with ultra plush bedding and pillows. 5th bedroom is a custom bunk house room with 4 full size beds with chargers and individual light controls. Drawers underneath bottom beds. Sonos music system in house and near pool area Pool outdoor patio table with umbrella seats 8. Washer and dryer on main floor and in basement. 3 car garage. 2 stalls available for your vehicles in garage while on property. Additional parking in driveway. Additional pool bathroom in garage located just steps from the outdoor/pool space.
