One bedroom has 2 queen size beds. In addition, the other bedroom is separate with 1 queen bed. Bedroom 1 — Queen size bed Bedroom 2 — Two Queen size beds Other things to note CLOSED OFF BEDROOMS: This is a smaller sized listing of our 5 bedroom home. 3 bedrooms will be locked off. You will have access to 2 of the bedrooms. Nobody will be using the home except for you (it is NOT shared). We created this smaller listing for smaller groups who may not need 5 bedrooms, and wish to pay a smaller cleaning fee. If you'd like to reserve the entire house (all 5 bedrooms), please inquire for the other listing. HOT TUB FEE: The hot tub is NOT included. The daily fee is $50/day. If you wish to use, please inquire 48 hours before arrival. FAMILY & PETS: We are family and dog friendly! Children 2 years old and above must be included as part of the total guest count. Please send us your dog's breed and age for consideration. We will request a $50 cleaning & companion fee per pet and ask you to agree to the pet rules. Please see our House Rules for more information. PLEASE BE RESPECTFUL OF OUR NEIGHBORS! Follow our Good Neighbor Policy of no outside noise after 10pm and before 8am. Guests must refrain from any outdoor music, noise or other disruptions that may cause a disturbance to the community during quiet hours. Failure to respect quiet hours may result in cancellation of your reservation without refund. PHOTOSHOOTS & VIDEOS: If you’re interested in doing a photoshoot or shooting a video, please let us know what it is for. If approved, we have an additional fee for licensing and usage. NO SMOKING: No smoking or burning candles. This is a non-smoking home. Any and all smoking should be kept outdoors at least 15 feet away from any exterior doors.
