Very comfortable double room with dedicated bathroom. Located within walking distance to Ashbourne town centre and the many pubs/restaurants on offer. Close proximity to Dublin city, Dublin airport, Newgrange, Fairyhouse, Tattersalls, and Hill of Tara. Direct 24 Hour bus to Dublin airport which takes approximately 25 minutes and direct bus to Dublin city centre which takes approximately 45 minutes. The bus stop is a 5 minute walk from the house. The space Double room with workspace. The mattress is wrapped for comfort and protection and there is a blackout blind in addition to the curtains. The main bathroom is dedicated to our guests and is not shared. Guest access Guests have use of the double bedroom and sole use of the main bathroom. During your stay Guests can contact us by mobile and email during their stay. Other things to note The property is in a quiet estate with lots of free parking. The property is a duplex so there are stairs to the front door. Guests should take care when entering the estate as there are often children at play, particularly during the summer months. Tea and coffee facilities are provided but we would ask for the sake of the carpet that our guests not bring red wine into the room. Consider instead a nice white wine or a gin and tonic. Your call!
