The space The apartment is located in Salbertrand, in the quiet hamlet of Oulme, a short distance from the chapel of the Santissima Annunziata, dating back to the 15th century. This property of about 75 m², located on the second floor, offers bright and well-distributed rooms for a comfortable stay. The residence consists of a kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom and a large balcony, ideal for enjoying moments of relaxation with a suggestive view. Please note that the living room, bedroom and storage room are not available, so the apartment can accommodate a maximum of two people, guaranteeing an intimate and private atmosphere for those seeking well-being in a unique setting. The apartment is on the second floor and does not have an elevator. To preserve the quiet and comfortable atmosphere of the house, pets are not allowed and smoking or parties are not allowed. These guidelines help ensure a pleasant and respectful stay for all guests. In addition, to ensure maximum comfort during your stay, we provide guests with a complete kit of towels, soap, bed linen and kitchen towels. Any additional supplies of household linen can be agreed upon and will be subject to an additional cost.
