This charming home has great beach views from the deck. It is a close stroll to the beach. Perfect for small families! The space You Must be 25 Years of Age or Older to Rent. You will be all "sun-shine-y" when you stay at KC's Sunshine! Stepping inside, you'll be welcomed into this open-concept living room and kitchen area. There is ample seating for you and your guests, including pets. This home is pet-friendly and allows up to 2 dogs (no heavier than 40 lbs.) with a non-refundable fee of $200.00. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the necessities needed to cook family meals. Coffee lovers will love the convenience of having a coffee pot maker and a Kuerig. There is even a beverage refrigerator to keep your drinks extra chilled! This home has WIFI. You can stream your favorite movies on the TVs or stay connected on your devices. You will enter the login and password information provided in a picture frame near the living room TV. The primary bedroom has a king bed, a toddler bed shaped like a boat(linens not included), and an attached bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The secondary bedroom has a queen bed and a twin over full bunk bed. For extra guests, there is a sleeper/sofa in the living room. The real show-stoppers are the outside views! Grab a good book and relax while listening to the waves and seagulls calling out, while a gentle breeze floats across. Enjoy sunrises and sunsets on the deck while drinking your favorite beverages. Downstairs, you will find a covered area for gathering around the picnic table while the "Grilling Expert" makes something delicious on the charcoal pit. When the waves and sand call your name, you are steps away! After a fun day in the sun, rinse everything away but memories in the enclosed outdoor shower. Even when provided, internet access TV/cell service can be unreliable on the Bolivar Peninsula. We are a rural community. We apologize, but Bolivar Escapes cannot guarantee that these amenities will be working during your stay. We cannot offer refunds for the disruption of these services. This home might have an outdoor camera(s) to monitor the exterior of the home. Any attempt at disabling, redirecting, or obscuring the camera(s) is prohibited and may result in the guest being evicted without refund of outstanding nights’ rent. If a home has a lift or elevator, it is not for the renter's use unless otherwise stated in comments or with permission from Bolivar Escapes. We provide linens and bath towels in every house, and standard beds are made for your arrival. Linens will be provided in the home for all sleeper sofas, trundles, and pull-out bedding. Paper products, other than toilet tissue and paper towels, and cleaning supplies are not included. We provide a starter pack consisting of the items below. Please bring anything else you will need: 1 roll of paper towels 3 white kitchen trash bags 2 dishwasher tabs (if applicable) 2 laundry tabs (if applicable) 1 small dish liquid soap 1 dish sponge 2 rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom Small bar of hand soap per bathroom 1 trial size of shampoo/conditioner per full bath 1 beauty bar per bath Small salt and pepper Small cooking oil There will also be a bath towel set for each guest Don't forget the beach towels, bug spray, and sunscreen!
