Enjoy a great stay in our Atlanta resort with our chic 1 bedroom suite. The suite includes a fully equipped kitchen, a living area with a sleeper sofa, and a master bedroom with a king-size bed. You can also enjoy the resort's rooftop pool, which overlooks the beautiful city. The space A little piece of paradise in this downtown Atlanta getaway! Luxury awaits in this stunning 1 Bedroom 1 Bathroom unit. The unit can sleep up to 4 adults. There is a king sized bed in the Master Bedroom. The additional sleeping area is located in the separated living room in the form of a pull out queen sleeper sofa. Linen and towels are provided and additional can be requested by the concierge in the main lobby. There is a FULL KITCHEN in this unit which comes with a dishwasher, oven/stove, and full refrigerator. Most dishes and utensils are also provided with the unit. The only thing we ask is that you load the dirty dishes in the washer before you leave. And I almost forgot to mention the margarita maker on the counter..... Drink Responsibly! There is a laundry facility located in the building. There are tons of things to do in the area surrounding the building. Located in the heart of downtown Atlanta, overlooking beautiful Centennial Olympic Park, most attractions like the SkyView observation wheel, museums and the Georgia Aquarium are within walking distance of the building or a short Uber or Lyft drive away. The resort offers a unique, cool, hip vibe to the table that takes you to a carefree state! You can check out the rooftop pool and the Tiki Bar/Restaurant without even leaving the building. You can't go wrong booking in Atlanta if you want to have the time of your life! NOTE: A credit card and photo ID are required at check in for the refundable incidental hold ($250) and daily resort fee. On-site valet parking is available for $58 per night with in-and-out privileges. The person checking in must be 21 or older. *Pictures provided are examples. GUEST NAME CHANGE POLICY Guest name changes on the reservation must be made more than 15 days prior to check-in. The resort charges a $99 guest name change on the reservation. RESERVATION CHANGE POLICY All date, unit, or location changes made are subject to a $30 change fee. Any changes are subject to the resort’s availability. CANCELLATION POLICY A full refund will be provided for cancellations that are made 31 days prior to check-in. A 50%refund will be provided for cancellations 30 to 15 days prior to check-in. No refund will be given within 14 days of check-in. LOCAL CHARGES (MOST RESORTS) $150.00- $360.00 Security Deposit will be paid on arrival and be refunded on departure.
