• A desire for tranquility, cocooning? • Welcome to our home with a private hot tub! → Tranquility and well-being are the key words in our peaceful haven. ➤ Parties or events are therefore necessarily prohibited. • Completely renovated, our property is located in a 2000m2 wooded property. • Our jacuzzi in the middle of this green forest is at your disposal all year from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. ➤ The noisy evenings are therefore not compatible with our listing. The space → Our house is a T3 with an area of 40 m2. It is composed of a bedroom, living room with sofa convertible into a double bed, a bathroom and a canopy area. The private hot tub will be waiting for you in the garden. To ensure a healthy environment, the property is completely NON-SMOKING, inside and out. The accommodation is located in a residential area close to École Polytechnique, Massy (RER B) and Igny. This area is very quiet Our accommodation is very well connected by public transport. The accommodation is perfect for a relaxing stay with your family or as a couple. You'll be in the countryside while in town! Want to travel with friends, family, and keep your independence nearby? A second property, for rent, is available for your use! • Bedroom: It equipped with a double bed 140cm with a wardrobe wardrobe. The place is quiet. You will not be bothered by cars. We provide the sheets, and towels for free. • Living room: Our small cocooning lounge has a sober and modern decor. This living room is furnished with a sofa that can be converted into a bed that can accommodate two people. You will also have TV and internet access via WiFi and a connected speaker. • Kitchen: It is fully equipped. We wanted to provide you with all the comfort you need to prepare your meals. The kitchen therefore has hobs, oven, hood, washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator and a freezer, toaster, espresso machine with grinder. We leave at your disposal the basic elements such as sugar,salt, pepper, tea, herbal teas… in order to offer you maximum comfort upon your arrival. So if you have everything you need to make breakfast. Of course, all these little touches are free. • The bathroom: It is equipped with a shower and a towel dryer. Towels, bath mats and bathrobes are available. The use of towels is not provided for the Jacuzzi. • The glass dining room: You will have your meals in the glass space which is completely open to the garden and the jacuzzi . Space is provided for 4 people. A business emergency? We have a laptop workspace with secretary that can accommodate your computer. Our internet connection is with fiber optics. • The jacuzzi is totally private, you will have the exclusivity of access and not overlooked. It works all year round to give you a perfect hydromassage. Bluetooth speakers or music is not allowed for the sake of good neighborliness. Meals​​,​​ snacks​​,​ drinks​ should be taken outside the jacuzzi. We provide shoes for access to the Jacuzzi. As a fare option we provide towels for the Jacuzzi. In addition to a disinfectant treatment this jacuzzi has an ozone treatment thus reducing the use of chemical with a very good disinfection of the water. The ozone purification system is automatic. The jacuzzi is accessible all year round from 9am to 9pm so as not to disturb the neighborhood. This service is completely free and not invoiced. It's a place WITHOUT SHOES. We have therefore put at your disposal slippers for a cocooning atmosphere. → You can enjoy the fresh air, the sun in the garden that is adjoining the rental. The other part of the garden is reserved for us and so we do not encroach on your tranquility. There is no parking space with the accommodation and parking is on the street. It is very easy to park for cars or motorcycles. ➤ BIRTHDAY PARTIES, EVENINGS OR DINNERS ARE PROHIBITED IN THIS HOUSE. We hope that our haven of peace will continue to be so! Guest access ➤ It should be specified for all transparency: At the bottom of the property is your home. Our residence is on the same property but with separate entrances. You can meet on our property two balls of hair which are our dogs Faro and India. For the comfort of the residents, the rental house has a completely self-contained entrance with a secure key box. A 5-minute walk from the rental house is a café and bakery that offers tasty pastries and other delicacies. You can access an aquatic complex accessible on foot Other things to note ➤ After booking via Airbnb messaging we ask for an official ID (front and back) for each occupant of the listing.
