Below are the details regarding guest access to the apartment and community amenities. 🏡 Access to the Apartment ✅ Self Check-in – Guests can get the keys from the Guard sitting at the main gate. ✅ Entry – The Building Entry is common entry and The apartment has a separate entrance for privacy. ✅ 24/7 Access – Guests can enter and exit freely during their stay. Common Areas & Amenities ✅ Parking – Common parking space available within the society on first come first serve basis ✅ Elevator Access – Available for easy movement to the apartment. ✅ Security – Gated community with 24/7 security and CCTV surveillance. ✅ Power Backup – Ensuring an uninterrupted stay. AC or Other major system using power backup may not work during power backup ✅ Waste Disposal – Please use designated bins in the apartment and society premises. Restricted Areas ❌ Guests cannot access restricted or private areas within the building (e.g., maintenance rooms, staff-only zones).
