Best location, right in the center of Madrid! In the famous "Barrio de las Letras" - the literary neighborhood. Beautiful, clean apartment with lots of light in a historic building with elevator. Centrally-located with short walking distance (<10 mins) to all the major museums, Plaza Mayor, Royal Place, Puerta del Sol, Gran Via, Parque del Retiro, Atocha train station, etc. You will love the apartment and our location! The space This is a beautiful apartment on a very popular street in Madrid, right by Plaza de Santa Ana in the Barrio de las Letras - where Cervantes was born. It's in a beautiful, historic building that has been remodeled and is all new inside with a modern elevator. We are also surrounded by great restaurants and cafes. The apartment is on the 3rd floor. It has 2 single beds next to each other, and the living room also has 2 sofa beds. The bathroom is clean and bright, and all of our linens are white and soft. We have a well-equipped kitchen for your use with everything needed if you decide to make lunch or dinner. I have had many guests and most of them, when they arrive, say that it looks just like the pictures. We have modern appliances (washer/dryer, stovetop, microwave, A/C, TV, refridgerator), fast Wi-Fi, and everything else you may need for a comfortable stay! Guest access Guests will have private access to the whole apartment. Other things to note We look forward to hosting you! Check in is between 1pm and 9pm and check out is at 11am. We want to avoid late check ins to ensure peace and quiet for my neighbors, as I want to respect them. We always try to make it easy for our guests! We meet each guest in-person when first checking in. If guests arrive early, we can keep your bags in the building while you explore the city. We understand that sometimes flights can get delayed - if this happens and guests arrive after 9pm, I would kindly ask you to give Alicia or Nisbeth 30 euros, as a thank you for staying up late. Please note that this doesn’t apply if you book a flight that you know in advance lands late in the evening. Gracias!
