Welcome to our fully renovated studio where the authentic charm of stone reigns. Nicknamed the cozy little nest, it is ideal for two people. In winter, very well heated thanks to underfloor heating. Located in the beautiful medieval village of Châteauneuf en Auxois, classified as one of the most beautiful villages in France. You can contemplate this magnificent view from the terrace. For cyclists, there is an outbuilding right next door where you can park your bikes safely. The space Studio for two people. Inside, you will find on your right a double bed in 180 ( possibility on request to make two single beds), a closet to store your belongings. On the left side, a dining table with two chairs. A kitchen area with a 2-burner hob, a microwave, a refrigerator, a nespresso coffee maker and a kettle. In the back right the shower room area with toilet. For a turnkey stay: Bedding and toilet linens are provided. The bed is made upon arrival for absolute comfort. Complimentary tea bags and coffee capsules as a welcome. A special stay for disconnecting, as there is no TV. Enough to fully enjoy the idyllic setting of this village. However, you will have access to Wi-Fi. Outside, in summer, you will have a table and two chairs to contemplate the magnificent view. In winter, the underfloor heating makes it possible to be in a real cocoon. Note that in front of the accommodation you can just unload your luggage after you will have to park your vehicle in the free parking lots of the village (100m walk). For bikers, there is the possibility to park your motorcycle on the side of the house. For cyclists, there is a locked outbuilding to leave your bikes safely. Charging stations for your electric cars are available at the village parking lot. Guest access The studio is fully dedicated to you.
