Set on a street near to all local amenities on the Coventry Road for your convenience alongside excellent transport links. Ideal for contractors, professionals & families in Birmingham / Solihull.⁓ The space The house boasts 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with luxury bedding & plenty of storage space. The property also features private drive parking. Can accommodate up to 8 people. The current bedroom layouts are:- - Bedroom 1: 1 x Single Bed -Bedroom 2: 1 x 2 x Single Beds, Can be zipped together to form 1 x Super King -Bedroom 3: 1 x Super King Bed - Bedroom 4: 2 x Single Beds, Can be zipped together to form 1 x Super King - Living Room - 1 x Sofa Bed It is equipped with a modern kitchen stocked with all utensils/items you would need when away from home. It has a gas cooker, oven, dishwasher, washing machine and fridge/freezer. There is tea/coffee/sugar/milk available for all guests and coffee pods for the coffee machine within the kitchen. All guests have private access to enclosed slabbed garden area, a lawn & an outdoor dining table. There is a cosy living room with smart TV, streaming services and Internet access. There is plentiful seating areas with a sofa being able to change into a sofa bed for ultimate rest and relaxation. There is also downstairs W/C & shower available for use. Upstairs has a bathroom with a large bath with shower overhead with grey hues, equipped with Egyptian cotton towels, complimentary toiletries (toilet rolls, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner and body wash). Off the landing there are 4 stylish bedrooms with comfortable beds, storage for clothes and luggage and full-length mirrors. There is private parking on the drive (fits 2 average sized cars/ 2 vans) with plentiful on street parking. Gas central heating and double glazing throughout. *Birmingham NEC/Resorts World is 4 miles away, 10 minutes by Car, **Birmingham City Centre is 6 Miles away, 20 minutes by Car. **Jaguar Land Rover, Solihull - 1.2 Miles away, 4 minutes by car, 20 minute walk PLEASE NOTE: Before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details with us to complete your booking. You will be contacted via email and/or text to complete the verification. You will have the whole house to yourself and will not be sharing with anyone. Late Check Out Charges: • Late check out can be extended by 1 hour if needed but you must let us know in advance so we can inform our cleaners. Failure to leave 2 hours after check out time will result in a £50 charge. Anything after 2 hours will result in a day rate charge.. Check In Details • Times are from 4pm. Early check in can be arranged. If before 2pm, an additional charge may apply. Smoking Policy: • There is strictly NO SMOKING policy and if found to have been smoking there is a £250 charge. Lost Keys: • Loss of front door key or no return of front door will result in a £50 charge. Guest access Your booking is for the entire house and garden. Accommodating up to 8 guests.. Other things to note Guests can benefit from Private Parking or the duration of their stay!.
