Refugium

The refuge is located at the end of the village in a quiet wonderful location in the middle of the nature of Mecklenburg directly at a biotope forest. It is only 2 hours away from Berlin and Hamburg. I designed the apartment with a lot of love and created a fusion of different styles. In the renovation measures, there is a lot of old substance it has become visible, such as old natural-colored wooden tones, half-timbered walls. The beauty of imperfection and transience The space The apartment has about 120 sqm and has high ceilings. There are 2 large living rooms with fireplace and half-timbered, open kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, ceramic hob , bathroom, 2 bedrooms). I wanted to create a harmonious dialogue between the present and the past. As a collector, I am always looking for unconventional interpretations of things and so workbenches, old lockers, GDR lamps, bakelit switches, copper and recycled old wood offer a very special stylish living. "Refugium" can be used for 1 or 2,4 and also for 6 persons. Guest access The house is nestled in a large wild park. He has many beautiful angles with sitting areas and barbecue facilities ready. He will pass by in the sehroft deer. On more than half a hectare there are apple trees, pear trees, cherry trees, plum trees and an old beehive. We have sun all day! Other things to note In the vicinity you will find a lot of pure nature and many beautiful hiking trails. It is also possible to get to know the manor house nearby and its residents (friends at the table). On Sunday you can visit the Rosewitz manor house 20 minutes away (small walk). The refuge is 30 minutes from the Baltic Sea (Graal Müritz) for a nice beach hike. I will be happy to give you the most important sights and addresses of our region.
