We’re excited to continue the tradition and look forward to welcoming guests for a memorable stay in beautiful Cala Blava, Mallorca. Seaside Retreat in Cala Blava: Just a few hundred metres from the sea, our home offers a peaceful escape with a large private pool and spacious garden—ideal for families, couples, or relaxed getaways. This is a quiet residential area, so: • No parties or loud gatherings • Quiet hours from 10pm–8am • Verified profiles and clear communication are appreciated If you’re looking for a calm, sun-soaked stay near the coast, you’ll feel right at home. Please message us with the ages of all guests and the reason for your visit before booking. Tourist Tax Information (Ecotasa) As required by Balearic Government regulations, a tourist tax (Ecotasa) is payable by all guests aged 16 and over staying in licensed holiday rentals. • €2.00 per person per night (plus 10% VAT) = €2.20 per night • Applies during the high season (May 1 – October 31) • 50% discount from the 9th night onwards • Children under 16 are exempt The tax will be collected at the end of your stay, as required by law. Thank you for your understanding. Finally, to encourage responsible use of heating and airconditioning, we include an allowance of 5€ per day in the rental price. Any usage beyond this will be charged separately.
