Just a short block from Lake Mary, this cozy and spacious lakehouse is all about good vibes, great views, and making memories. Whether you're here to relax on the deck with a coffee and watch the sunrise, spend the day out on the water, or just hang with family and friends, this lakehome has you and your guests covered! The space With your stay at the Big Blue Lakehouse you'll have: 4 comfy bedrooms – 2 with king beds, 1 with a queen, and another with 2 full beds (perfect for kids or extra guests-sleep 4) A queen sleeper sofa for extra space located on the ground floor in the living room A nice big yard for lawn games, grilling, or just chilling. Plenty of parking-Bring your boat or jet skis and park your trailer at the home. A game room downstairs with a pool table for some friendly competition. Shared Pier to keep your boat tied up to and perfect to jump off into the lake to go swimming! A+ Lakeview's of Lake Mary Washer & Dryer Extra Fridge & Freezer on the ground level so you can stock up Fully stocked kitchen The lake & pier is just a quick walk down the block bring your own boat or rent one (Our Concierge Dept can help you with this) and enjoy easy access to the water. After a full day, come back to the house and relax on the deck with unbeatable lake views. Whether it's a family getaway, a friends weekend, or just a peaceful escape, The Big Blue Lakehouse is ready to welcome you and your guests! If you are looking for more sleeping for larger groups, consider renting The Highland House (sleeps 21) and/or Pine Street Pointe (Sleeps 12) in addition to this home, all three homes can sleep 45 total combined. They are located next door to each other. Guest access Guests will have full access to the entire home, except for the garage. The garage is locked off and not for guest use. The seasonal shared pier and lake access is less than a 3 minute walk away, at the bottom of the hill on Pine Street. Other things to note *Please note: After your reservation is confirmed through Airbnb, we will request your email address and send an electronic guest rental agreement. Signing the agreement is required to finalize your booking and receive check-in instructions. *The Pier is shared with the home directly next door (Airbnb Listing: Highland House). You will have full access to tie ONE (1) boat up on the left side of the pier. If you are looking for more sleeping for larger groups, consider renting The Highland House in addition to this home! *Please note, pier use is guaranteed Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day Weekend. Please inquire if any sooner/past that date. *Full Bedroom takes into account two per bed, total of 4. *There are security cameras facing the driveway for safety and security purposes *Property is on well water, which has been tested and safe to drink. It can at times become discolored due to high iron in the water/slight smell-this is normal for the area. *Please keep in mind, all toiletry and startup supplies are meant to last 2-3 days. If your stay is longer, you may need to purchase more. We want to make sure you are as satisfied as possible with your vacation. If you experience any issues at all during your stay, please call us! We strive for a 5 star stay! Garage is not for guest use and is locked off. There is no garage access.
