Large private bedroom with en-suite shower room. King size bed. Additional day bed if required. Locking door. Off street parking. Extremely close to Hucknall tram stop, 10 minute drive to the M1, Junction 27. The space The room is location on the top floor of the property which is accessible through the front door and up two flights of stairs. The room and attached en suite are private and for sole use of the guest. The hall, landing and stairs are communal space used by both the host and guest.
