Welcome to Pont-Évêque! Our house is ideal for a stay with family, friends or for a business trip. Private pool of about 10 m² just for you. 📍 10 min from Vienne, a charming medieval city famous for its jazz festival 📍 40 min from Lyon, the capital of gastronomy 📍 Numerous activities for children nearby, including the Condrieu water sports center (20 min) 🎷 Jazz in Vienne in summer. The space We have 3 bedrooms: 1 bed 180 x 200 cm, 1 bed 160 x 200 cm and 2 single beds 90 x 200 cm. A portable desk can be easily set up in one of the Bds if you wish to work remotely. There is 1 separate bathroom (with 1 shower and 1 bathtub). One of the Bds is equipped with a shower. The 2 toilets are separated. Private pool with whirlpool seating. Air conditioning via a cooling floor throughout the house (maintaining the indoor temperature around 23°C even during periods of very hot weather) Private outdoor parking under video surveillance. Guest access Full access to the accommodation (swimming pool included during the summer). Check-in and checkout via a key box system. Other things to note There are many storage spaces fully at your disposal, both in the bedrooms and in the kitchen. Professionals are welcome and will be able to enjoy our cozy and comfortable home. We simply ask you to take care of it and to treat it differently than a simple hotel.
